1-2 lbs chicken breast cut into chunks
1 lb bowtie pasta (wheat or white)
1 16 oz bag frozen broccoli
4 tsp garlic powder
2T Romano or parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 T olive oil
1/2 cup Italian dressing
Cook chicken in 2T olive oil on medium high with one teaspoon garlic powder until cooked. Boil pasta according to package directions. Cook broccoli according to directions on bag. Add pasta, broccoli, chicken and all remaining ingredients in large bowl toss. Season spices to taste.
OPTIONAL: Add tomatoes, onions, mushrooms for variations. Alfredo sauce can also be poured on top prior to serving.
