Egg White Omelete
4 egg whites scrambled (68 calories)
1 T skim milk (25 calories)
1/2 t sea salt ( or regular salt)
pepper to taste
Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Put on medium heat. Scramble egg whites in bowl with wire whisk add milk, salt and pepper. Pour in pan. Stir in pan for 45 seconds. Let cook until cooked around edges and in middle. Add any vegetables, meats etc. Low cal suggestions would include brocolli, tomatoes onions and low cal cheese.
