Laura Dellutri Peach Pineapple Almond Crisp Recipe

Serves 6-8

1 large can sliced peaches 29 oz. (do not drain)
1 can pineapple chunks or crushed 20 oz
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1  1/2 C rolled oats
1/4  C flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp almond  (subsitute with vanilla) flavoring
2 tsp cinammon
1 tsp nutmeg

Spray 9x13 pan or casserole dish with cooking spray.  Pour peaches with juice into pan, add drained pineapple, almond flavoring and stir until mixed.  Put brown sugar, oats, flour, stick butter/margarine, nutmeg and cinnamon in mixing bowl.  Mix and cut butter into mixture until a little crumbly.  Pour on top of peach mixture.   Bake in oven 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until topping is brown.
