- 1 bag frozen beef or cheese ravioli
- 2 cups italian bread crumbs
- 1tsp garlic
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup romano or parmesan grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- 1 jar your favorite spaghetti sauce or marinara
Start with boiling ravioli, they will float to top when done. Beat two eggs in small bowl. Put all other ingredients in medium bowl-stir. Place cooked ravioli in egg mix, dip in bread crumb mixture, then place in frying pan medium heat covered with 1/4 inch oil. Fry ravioli until golden, flip over, drain on paper towel. Change oil as needed. Serve with sauce.
